This turned out to be a lovely trail which was part of the Van Damnn CA State Park. We both enjoyed it very much. It was well established but lightly treaded and we could see lots of native Rhodies just blooming, native huckleberry getting ready to bloom, plenty of ferns, many many triliums, and a beatutiful oxalis ground cover throughout with lovely pink blooms.
