Anchors Aweigh Again

After a week of lovely weather, the day of departure for our summer cruise aboard the Lochearn Lassie II was not as favorable! We loaded our last few provisions in light rain!



Our destination was Pt Ludlow 4 hours away! Shortly after entering the Puget Sound the weather turned nasty.



We changed our course and ducked into the SYC Outstation at Pt Madison. Needless to say we were the only ones there.   We had a cozy dry evening and glad we decided not to go any further.

We awoke Friday to clear skies and calm seas so we headed for Pt Townsend, our day 2 destination,
