Northburn Station
Central Otago is a dry region famous for its Pinot Noir. We stopped at a very large sheep station now also known for its organic wine! Delicious!
Alex, a delightful Frenchman, led us through a tasting of 7 or 8 wines accompanied by samples of mussels, hare, salmon, merino lamb.
Tasty and much fun!
