Exploring Trastevere
When we were in Rome several years ago we never visited this old neighborhood across the Tiber from Ancient Rome, so we set out to check if out. The main piazza is Santa Maria in Trastevere.
We walked all over dodging a downpour and ended up at this cafe on the square where the specialty was everything orange. We ordered mimosas the specialty which came with wonderful little hors d'oeuvres.
